Job Summary:
The training lead will be responsible for delivering training to new employees on the different tasks they are expected to perform in their roles. This includes orientation sessions, workshops, and other activities designed to help employees learn and grow within the organization. The training lead should have excellent communication skills and be able to engage trainees effectively during sessions. They should also be able to assess individual performance levels accurately and provide feedback where necessary. Additionally, this role requires strong organizational abilities so as not to overlook any important details or deadlines related to employee development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions to new hires on various topics such as company policies & procedures, product knowledge etc.
  • Conduct orientation programs for newly joined staff members.
  • Organize workshops and seminars focused on professional development of employees.
  • Prepare materials like presentations, handouts etc., required for training sessions.
  • Maintain records of all training conducted including attendance figures & evaluation reports.
  • Assess individual performances during training sessions & provide constructive feedback wherever needed.
  • Collaborate with HR department regarding any issues related to employee development initiatives.

    Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education/training or relevant field preferred.
  • Experience working as a corporate trainer or instructor desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask & manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Comfortable using technology tools for training delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative & drive change within the organization.
